Wrong Kind Of Bait

Two men fishing off the rocks were approached by a stranger.

"Excuse me, fellers. Can you spare me a bit of the bait you aren't catching any fish on?"

"We aren't getting them on shrimp or mussel. You're welcome to try some of that."

I'd like to try not getting them on pilchards or sand worms if you've got any."

"Sorry. We can't help you."

"Oh well. I might as well go home as stick around without the wrong kind of bait to be not catching them on. See you."
