Perfect Fishing Place

Fred was telling Wally about a great new place he'd found to go fishing.

"Whereabouts is it?" asked Wally.

"You know that old farm just past the edge of town?"

"Yeah."

"Well about five miles further on there's a place with a sign that says
'Private'. You go through the gate it's got a sign on that says 'Keep Out. Trespassers Prosecuted'. East of that about 200 yards you come to the river and there's another sign, 'Positively No Fishing'."

"What about it?"

"That's the place."
