Fresh Lobsters

The stall at the market had a great wire basket full of live lobsters crawling slowly around. A little old lady studied them for some time and then asked the stall holder:

"Are these lobsters fresh?"

"Are they fresh? Madam, do you think I wind them up every morning?"
