Bottle Top Sandwich

Nearly every night Des used to bring home a few bottles of beer to drink before tea. He discovered that his wife was fed up with this when he went out for a day's fishing.

When he unpacked the lunch she had made for him, he found that the sandwiches were particularly tough.

He opened them up to find that she had filled them all with bottle tops.
