Royal Navy Chaplins

The two Royal Navy chaplins sat in the members' stand watching a hard-fought match between an Army XI and a Royal Navy XI. One chaplin nudged his colleague, 'You know, cricket really is a wonderful game, the perfect expression of sportsmanship and fair play. Here we are watching a battle between two great services and the important thing is not who wins but how the game is played.' He paused, 'Providing, of course, we beat those Army bastards!'
